How do I sign up?
Print out the Weclome Packet and come to class.


Where are the weekly classes?
Click on Monthly Calendar. Most classes are held at Heritage Park Community Center, Las Lomas Community Center or at Lakeview Senior Center.


What do I need to wear to class?
Beginners may wear shorts or sweat pants and t-shirts. Continuing students are expected to wear ghi pants and a club t-shirt.


Can I attend the classes before I join?
Yes, beginners are encouraged to attend one (1) week of practices for free before making a commitment to join.


How often should I attend class?
Two to three times a week.


How long does it take to get a belt?
Click on belt schedule to view times required to advance.


When can I begin sparring in class?
After you have earned your yellow belt.

Are there special beginner's classes?
No, in our style of Tae Kwon Do, all levels work out together. There is a special class set aside for brown and black belt students.


How long do classes last?
Each class runs about an hour.
